At the base of every preparation – from bread to fresh pasta, from pizza to desserts – are Molino Pivetti Flours, produced by a family that has been handing down its milling art for more than 150 years.
The flours used come from soft grains grown in suitable lands in northern Italy, part of a controlled supply chain that values quality and sustainability.
An authentic bond, because the same Pivetti family that runs the mill also owns this place: a hospitality and taste project that combines agricultural tradition, gastronomic excellence and passion for the land.
